After entering the 21st century, energy and environment problems are the major challenges facing our country and the whole world. The CPC Central Committee of The State Council has always attached great importance to the security of energy supply.
China's dependence on foreign oil energy has exceeded 73%, and oil energy security is a serious problem facing the country's energy security.
It attaches great importance to the development of multi-source energy and has repeatedly emphasized the security and importance of national energy.
China has nearly 300 million automobiles, making it the largest country in the world, and its demand for motor fuel has reached more than 700 million tons. Such a large fuel consumption must be accompanied by huge environmental pollution and carbon emissions, plus our power source is still thermal power generation, so it is a long way to go to save energy and reduce emissions. China has pledged to reach a carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, which will be difficult to achieve without changing its current energy mix.
To this end, after years of hard work, we have developed a new methanol alternative energy project,
The following is an introduction to the methanol fuel project:
I. Methanol fuel project We have independent intellectual property rights
Obtained five invention patents of methanol fuel "core mother liquor", high clean methanol gasoline and so on. The product has passed the engine bench test of national universities and complex road strengthening test for many years. Technical demonstration by national authoritative experts, appraisal of scientific and technological achievements by Ministry of Science and Technology, international SGS testing, and durability test of two Ford Focus vehicles driven by 108,000 km and 66,000 km respectively by a third-party country (Denso) multinational company lasted for two years, and the test results reached all-round standards of all performance indicators. This product has passed the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department "High-tech product demonstration", issued the "high-tech product" certificate. After years of market use and practice of project products, methanol steam and diesel have shown that the technology is very mature, the quality is quite stable, and can fully reach the stage of industrialization.
2. The characteristics and advantages of methanol as the mainstream carrier
Methanol is a simple and common chemical product with huge production capacity, low price and good economy. It is very suitable for use as a fuel. Besides these, it has three other advantages:
1, low toxicity, methanol naturally exists in the human body, working in the environment with methanol is also harmless to human body, methanol poisoning lies in the mistake of drinking, can use folic acid, alcohol detoxification; The practice of methanol production, sale and use at home and abroad has proved that methanol is safe and controllable to human body according to the standard operation, and no occupational disease patients have ever been found among front-line workers in the methanol production industry. Methanol is less toxic than gasoline and even less toxic than diesel. When methanol is spilled on the ground, microorganisms in the soil degrade it quickly, while gasoline takes a long time to degrade. When methanol is thrown into the water, it can purify the water without causing water pollution.
2, good safety, methanol volatility is lower than gasoline, only 30 ~ 60% of gasoline, methanol flash point 12℃, much higher than gasoline about 4.8 times, methanol fuel fire, can be put out with water, but gasoline can not. Methanol is less dangerous than gasoline and safer than gasoline during transportation, storage and use. Methanol is flammable but not explosive. Therefore, the possibility of fire and explosion of methanol fuel is much lower than that of gasoline, and its deflagration risk level is lower than that of gasoline. Therefore, international Formula One racing cars all choose methanol fuel as a safe, economic and environmental protection fuel. Therefore, methanol is safe and controllable to human body, vehicle, machinery and environment.
3, methanol source is very rich, can be used high sulfur coal, inferior coal, coal gangue; Coke oven gas, coal bed gas, natural gas, petroleum associated gas; Biomass energy straw, branches, sugarcane stubble, weeds, municipal waste, kitchen waste, poultry manure; Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere can be used to produce methanol. Therefore, the recycling of biomass energy and carbon dioxide to produce methanol is an inexhaustible and inexhaustible recycling economy project.
Iii. Composition and advanced nature of methanol core mother liquor and methanol steam and diesel:
First of all, the production of methanol fuel "core mother liquor" adopts the physicochemical reaction of biochemical raw materials, normal temperature and pressure, no waste water, waste gas, waste residue, quantifiable production, and rich resources, production quantification is guaranteed.
By mixing the core mother liquor with methanol fully, methanol vapor diesel and M100 methanol fuel of different proportions can effectively replace traditional gasoline and diesel, adapt to different displacement of various models in the market and do not need to make any changes to the vehicle. It can be used smoothly on various extreme environmental climate, plateau anoxia and complex roads.
The "core mother liquor" contains eight effective ingredients, such as caloric value enhancement agent, anti-gas resistance agent, low-temperature starting agent, anti-water agent, anti-corrosion agent, anti-swelling agent, anti-wear agent, and stabilizer, etc. The long-term extensive test shows that the core mother liquor has completely solved the problem of methanol, steam and diesel. Methanol fuel generally exists in eight technical problems: insufficient power, high fuel consumption, high temperature gas resistance, low temperature start-up difficulty, moisture absorption stratification, metal corrosion, rubber swelling, engine damage.
1. The hydrogen and carbon monoxide generated by the caloric value raising agent with catalytic cracking function release much higher heat than the uncracked methanol. Calorific value enhancement agent also has oxygen carrying function, help further combustion, speed up the flame propagation speed, shorten the main combustion period and ignition delay period, form a high temperature and pressure in a short time, improve power, reduce fuel consumption.
2. The hydrogen bond formed by the antivapor inhibitor and the hydroxyl group in methanol can make the first drop of temperature (i.e. the initial distillation point) of the distillation range rise, so as to inhibit the rise of the saturated vapor pressure of methanol, diesel and methanol fuel, and solve the problem of gas resistance.
3, cold starting agent, can effectively adapt to a variety of high proportion of methanol steam diesel and methanol fuel cold starting temperature, so that it can be started at -40℃.
4. The water repellent can form stranded bundles in methanol steam and diesel, which can significantly increase the solubility and improve the water resistance of methanol gasoline, and keep the requirement of no stratification for 12 months.
5, the anti-corrosive agent is composed of polar and non-polar compounds, with strong adsorption capacity, can passivate the surface of the metal at room temperature, forming a solid layer of isolation film on the metal surface, this layer of isolation film is formed naturally by methanol steam diesel oil in the flow process, can prevent trace acid or alkali and metal contact, so as to protect the metal from corrosion.
6, anti-swelling agent can be adsorbed on the surface of nitrile rubber, forming a firm protective film. The non-polar end is connected outwardly with methanol steam and diesel, which prevents methanol from invading and reduces swelling of nitrile butadiene rubber. The formation of the protective film is the result of both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, and the protective film formed is very strong.
7. Lubricant, fat components in mother liquor play a protective role to achieve the effect of anti-wear and promote lubrication.
8. Stabilizer can effectively prolong the induction period of oxidation of methanol steam and diesel oil, make the induction period more than 1000 minutes, disperse precipitation particles, prevent nozzle pollution, but also reduce the activity of dissolved metal ions in methanol steam and diesel oil, greatly inhibit the oxidation reaction of oil products.
In the above eight technical mechanisms, various components of methanol steam diesel and methanol fuel core mother liquor are compatible with each other while solving problems and improving performance through scientific compatibility. It has the technical characteristics of "no corrosion, small noise, no carbon accumulation, small wear, no swelling, less failure, no gas resistance, good lubrication, energy saving, strong power, high calorific value, long life". In particular, the mother liquor technology of methanol diesel oil shows its characteristics more, with the proportion of methanol up to 55%, easy to start, good acceleration performance and strong. Full and thorough combustion, clean discharge, no black smoke. As a comprehensive core technology, the technology level of methanol fuel core mother liquor is in the leading position in the world. If the core technology is applied to various proportions of methanol steam diesel and methanol fuel, the overall performance of methanol steam diesel and methanol fuel can be effectively improved and enhanced, so that it can truly become an efficient and low-carbon fuel that can completely replace gasoline and diesel.
Iv. Five advantages of the project product:
Its innovation point is to adjust and change the nature of methanol fuel through physical and chemical reactions, so that its combustion propagation speed, latent heat of vaporization, knock resistance, acceleration and water resistance, frost resistance, gas resistance, corrosion resistance, swelling resistance, wear resistance, stability and other aspects can meet or better than the performance requirements of national standard gasoline diesel.
1. Strong power. The comparison experiment with the national standard steam diesel shows that the methanol steam diesel or methanol fuel has larger power and stronger power, and the fuel consumption of 100 km is 5 ~ 10% less than that of the national standard gasoline, and the fuel consumption of methanol diesel is basically the same as that of the national standard diesel.
2. There is no need to make any changes to the engine. It can be mixed or interchangeably used with national standard steam and diesel, or can be used separately, greatly facilitating the storage, transportation and filling of methanol steam and diesel and methanol fuel, without adding any additional equipment.
3, protect the engine to extend the service life. There is no corrosion and swelling of auto parts and transmission and distribution devices. The lubricity check of Japan Denso durability real car test shows that the engine using methanol gasoline wears down and extends the service life of the engine by nearly one third.
4, combustion fully reduce emissions. Methanol has a single molecular structure, only contains 1 carbon, and does not contain sulfur, benzene, butadiene, aromatics and other harmful components. It is recognized as a clean fuel in the world energy sector. Because methanol has high oxygen content and low carbon content, the progressive combustion promotion of the core mother liquor can make the combustion more full, complete and clean, and greatly inhibit the formation and emission of formaldehyde gas, the intermediate product of unburned methanol, when the engine starts cold.
Through many authoritative tests: M00 methanol fuel conventional emissions of carbon monoxide decreased by 96%, hydrocarbons decreased by 97.8%, nitrogen oxides decreased by 97.5%; The total amount of unconventional emissions is 62.8% lower than the national standard gasoline, and the formaldehyde decreases by 55%. PM2.5 particulate matter emissions and carbon smoke dropped by 78 percent. The conventional and unconventional emissions than the national standard gasoline greatly reduce the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is very significant.
5. Good economic benefits. Compared with the national standard, the production and transportation costs of methanol steam diesel and methanol fuel have decreased significantly, and the fuel consumption is about the same as or even lower than that of national Standard Six steam diesel. Under ideal condition, the comprehensive cost is only half of that of gasoline diesel.
Vi. "Six Unique" Project products:
1. Unique water resistance. Can resist due to transport, storage, filling when inhaled empty

5, the unique 100% effective replacement, wide range of adaptation, wide range of use, can be adapted to the use of low, high and different compression ratio of vehicles.
6, unique low carbon clean, full combustion, emissions thoroughly. Conventional and unconventional emissions are better than the national standard gas and diesel.
Vii. Project Products "Six unique" :
1. It is the only one in China that has completely solved the problem of high temperature gas resistance of low, medium and high ratio methanol gasoline and M100 methanol fuel.
2. It is the only one in China that can not change the car to use methanol gasoline diesel and M100 methanol fuel with a high proportion.
3. It is the only one in China that both hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide emissions have decreased in conventional emission indexes.
4. The emission of aldehydes and sulfur dioxide (SO2) in unconventional emissions is also the only lowest.
5. In China, it is the only one that can achieve a high ratio of methanol steam and diesel fuel to M100 methanol fuel. Compared with national standard steam and diesel fuel, the fuel consumption is 1:1 or even 5 ~ 10% less than that of national standard gasoline.
6. The engine lubrication survey of Denso using methanol gasoline shows that methanol gasoline can protect the engine and reduce engine loss by one-third, which is the only one in China.

2012.10. The project product of high efficiency and low carbon methanol gasoline was certified as a high-tech product by Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department, and the "High-tech Product Certificate" was awarded.
