I. About Using Methanol Instead of gasoline and diesel (fuel)

The post-petroleum era has come, and the contradiction between oil and gas supply and demand is increasingly prominent in the world, which leads to the soaring price of crude oil and serious environmental pollution. Methanol fuel is an internationally recognized clean alternative fuel. The oxygen content of methanol is up to more than 50%, and it has the self-oxygen supply effect in the combustion process, which can make the combustion more full and complete. It has the characteristics of good combustion, fast heat release and high latent heat, and can be used in the steam diesel internal combustion engine with low, medium and high compression ratio. And the production technology is simple, the density is comparable to the traditional gasoline and diesel, good liquidity, convenient filling, storage and transportation. Diesel engine mixed with large amounts of methanol can greatly reduce smoke and protect the environment when generating the same power. The mixture of methanol and biomass energy can make full use of the characteristics of low density and low viscosity of methanol, improve the spray characteristics of mixed fuel, increase the oxygen content and latent heat of vaporization of fuel, and inhibit the generation of carbon smoke and NOx.

The development of coal chemical industry will be the only way of national energy policy. Coal to methanol has become a rich resource for the development of clean alternative fuel, which opens up a new path for internal combustion engine, civil and industrial to get rid of the dependence on petroleum fuel and solve the serious air pollution problem. Methanol comes from a wide range of sources and is rich in resources. Methanol can be produced by using high-sulfur coal, low-quality coal and abandoned coal nuts in the coal-chemical industry, as well as by using biomass energy (such as straw, branches, bagasse, weeds, earth vegetation, rural and urban household refuse, poultry feces, etc.).

Using coal to methanol, make full use of the advantages of methanol, the air fuel ratio control of internal combustion engine and solve the thin combustion engine technology, mixture formation faster, internal combustion engine combustion is full, reduce carbon smoke emissions and CO, HC, SO, NO, PM and other pollutants emissions. Its technical route is through the "core mother liquor" and methanol physicochemical reaction, and then through the catalytic cracking function, the mother liquor molecules and methanol molecules are completely dissolved, its properties are changed as a whole. Combustion flame and propagation speed up rapidly, shorten the main combustion period and ignition delay period, instantaneous formation of high temperature and high pressure, thermal efficiency changes, so that the heating value of gasification, acceleration, anti-knock overall improvement. Methanol fuel's miscibility, water resistance, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, swelling resistance, gas resistance, wear resistance and other aspects can meet the needs of automobiles. At room temperature and pressure, it is prepared into high clean "M15 methanol gasoline ~ M100 methanol fuel" and "methanol biodiesel", whose technical performance and physical and chemical indexes are consistent with traditional gasoline and diesel.

Seven, "methanol biodiesel" energy-saving and environmental protection advantages:

Due to the low boiling point of methanol, when the surface of the oil is burned, the internal methanol is heated and vaporized, and the volume expands rapidly. The huge pressure generated makes the oil droplets explode, and the oil droplets are further micro, and the methanol biodiesel has a "secondary atomization". The atomization quality is difficult to be achieved by any diesel nozzle, which makes the mixture of diesel molecules and high temperature air more uniform and accelerates the combustion reaction. In the process of methanol vaporization, the activity of the OH group in the molecule is greatly enhanced, and the carbon monoxide can be completely burned, which is equivalent to the "water gas reaction", thus accelerating the combustion of coke formed by fuel cracking and inhibiting the generation of soot. High temperature, oxygen enrichment and high temperature duration are decisive factors for NOx generation. The dual effects of the spray characteristics and fuel characteristics of the mixed fuel make the atomization quality improve, the mixture distribution is uniform, and the local high temperature zone is reduced. At the same time, the addition of methanol increases the combustion rate, shorts the high temperature duration, and reduces NOx. The reduction of heat value per unit volume of mixed fuel also reduces the combustion reaction temperature and NOx emission.

Compared with petrochemical diesel, methanol biodiesel can be burned more fully, which greatly reduces the unreacted oxygen in the flue gas, and also reduces the opportunity of nitrogen and oxygen compounds generation. This is mainly due to the low boiling point and viscosity of methanol, which improves the atomization performance of fuel injection and improves the evenness of oil and gas mixing. The higher latent heat of methanol vaporization increases the premix ratio. With the increase of methanol content, the oxygen content in the fuel mixture increases and the combustion becomes more full.

It has the highest saturation of any vegetable oil, making it less prone to oxidation and less worrying about spoilage. Vegetable oil is sulfur free, non-toxic, does not contain benzene and other aromatic hydrocarbon compounds and heavy metals, and is renewable, contains intramolecular oxygen and other characteristics, is an environmentally friendly green fuel, conducive to the suppression of haze weather.

8. Mature product technology, advanced technology, simple structure, convenient operation, can achieve the next step of synthesis and modification of methanol biodiesel at normal temperature and pressure.

The original technology to produce biomass diesel is produced by high temperature, high pressure and three steps.
