Zhongmaohua methanol fuel in the technical accumulation level has made great achievements, has broken through the technical bottleneck in different fields. With its own economic, environmental protection and other characteristics, methanol fuel is becoming more and more broad application field, gradually favored by the market. What are the specific applications of methanol fuel at present?

It is reported that the launch of methanol fuel powered boats compared with pure diesel powered boats, under the current application scenario, the economy is improved by more than 10%, CO carbon oxide is reduced by 96%, THC hydrocarbons are reduced by 99%, smoke is reduced by 54%. All the emission values are better than the latest "Marine Engine exhaust pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods (Phase 1 and 2)" limits, with good economic and environmental protection.
Boiler methanol fuel mainly replaces coal and biomass fuel in the boiler field, which is specifically used in industry, bathing and other places. In terms of use cost, methanol fuel can effectively save operating cost due to its low cost.
For example, compared with gas boiler, methanol fuel boiler does not need expensive gas opening cost in construction, and methanol fuel boiler also has lower cost in use. In catering, methanol fuel mainly replaces natural gas, liquefied gas, alcohol and other traditional fuels, and is used in various hotels, restaurants, restaurants, canteen-halls, etc. Nowadays, it is also gradually used as a new energy source for every household.
Under the new technology conditions, the new methanol fuel can directly save energy about 30%, which can drive the whole civil fuel market to save energy, reduce emission, promote the development of our environmental protection. 1. As an alternative fuel for boilers, this kind of boiler is mostly small and medium-sized boilers. Due to cheap fuel price, convenient use and more savings in investment costs, this kind of boiler is widely used in China. This kind of boiler fuel is mainly industrial waste, coal, diesel, combustion feeding mode extensive, and most of the manual feeding mode, furnace air leakage is serious, there are safety risks, the overall efficiency of the boiler is not high. But from the point of view of the boiler users themselves, the use of their own waste to generate steam or heat greatly saves the investment in other fuels and the expense of previous waste disposal. As the overall cost of methanol fuel boiler is not much different from that of methanol fuel, and methanol fuel combustion pollution is less, clean environmental protection and other characteristics, enterprises in the choice of alternative fuels, the application enthusiasm is very high.
2, small furnace: mainly used for home heating, domestic hot water supply, bath, catering steam. This application is mainly based on small burner fuel, family, hotel, catering more.
