Mr. Chen Maogao, born in Xingning, Guangdong Province in November 1953, graduated from high school in 1972, enlisted in the army in 1973, joined the Communist Party of China in 1977, graduated from Anhui Automobile Management College of the General Logistics Department of the PLA in 1985, and served successively as squad leader, deputy platoon leader, battalion commander, deputy instructor and instructor of the 211 Squadron of Guangzhou Military Region Logistics. Guangzhou Military Region logistics oil warehouse technician, engineer, technical team leader, etc. During his service, he was awarded as the advanced individual and praised by the army for many times. Chen Maogao served in the army for 17 years and was discharged at the end of 1989.
